Who we are

Seminyak Villas is a specialist holiday villa rental agency. We are not a global listings platform and we are not a call centre. We are a small team that knows the villas in our collection, knows the streets they sit on, and books them for Australian travellers every week.

Every villa on this site is one we represent directly. That means when you ask whether the pool is fenced, whether the third bedroom really fits two adults, or how long the walk to the beach actually takes, you get an answer from someone who has been there — not a line copied from a listing.
